Leaders from Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom have reached an agreement to form an integrated anti-ballistic missile coalition with Ukraine, as stated by the French Presidency.
“We are convinced that ensuring Europe’s defense needs a comprehensive global framework for missile defense that can deter and neutralize upcoming missile threats — fostered by collaborative efforts, technological innovation, and dependable industrial cooperation,” it further elaborated.
“This initiative will enhance the existing ballistic missile defense systems, which include independent European solutions already in use or being procured by the participating nations,” it emphasized.
