Trump claims Iran has consented to nuclear inspections.
On Tuesday, US President Donald Trump asserted that Iran has consented to allow nuclear inspections for an extended period, despite Iran’s claims to the contrary.

”Iran has fully and completely agreed to the highest level of Nuclear inspections long into the future (Infinity!!!),” he stated in a social media update. ”This will ensure ’Nuclear Honesty.’ If they had not agreed to this, there would be no further negotiations!”

Iran has refuted claims that it initiated discussions regarding its nuclear program or agreed to welcome International Atomic Energy Agency inspectors back into the country.
Trump also indicated that the United States plans to maintain ships in the Strait of Hormuz, should it become necessary to reinstate its blockade of Iranian ports, which he described as ”highly unlikely at this time.” He mentioned that 19 million barrels of oil passed through the Hormuz Strait on Monday.

The United States has waived sanctions on Iran for 60 days starting Monday following initial talks under a developing peace agreement.

On Tuesday, Trump stated that the funds being released by the US Treasury will be placed in escrow under US oversight and will specifically be used to purchase food and medical supplies exclusively from the United States, including corn, wheat, and soybeans.

”These are items that are urgently needed by Iran. This is a humanitarian crisis, and I believe it is essential to assist now, before it’s too late,” Trump wrote.
