Iran-US-Israel War LIVE Updates: US President Donald Trump has declared a three-week extension for the tenuous ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon following high-level talks at the White House.

Trump characterized the discussions with representatives from both parties as fruitful, expressing hope of bringing together Israeli and Lebanese leaders “in the near future.”

In light of the continuing conflict, Trump indicated a tougher stance toward Iran, stating on social media, “I have all the time in the World, but Iran doesn’t – The clock is ticking!”

While he is optimistic about a possible second round of peace negotiations, potentially starting on Friday, April 24, he also made it clear that Washington will uphold its blockade until Tehran submits a definitive peace proposal.

The situation remains precarious, with the US augmenting its naval presence in the region. Al Jazeera has reported that a third aircraft carrier, the USS George HW Bush, has arrived to join the USS Gerald R Ford and USS Abraham Lincoln.

In addition, Trump has commanded forces to “shoot and kill” any Iranian vessels that deploy sea mines in the Strait of Hormuz. Iranian authorities have stated that negotiations will not recommence until the blockade is lifted.
