On Wednesday, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman met US Ambassador to India, Sergio Gor, where they engaged in discussions aimed at strengthening the Economic and Financial Partnership between the two nations.
“The discussions centered around enhancing the India-US Economic & Financial Partnership, collaboration in Fin-Tech, investment prospects, and bilateral cooperation,” the finance ministry stated in a post on X.
The Union Finance Minister also extended her congratulations to Gor on the impending 250th anniversary of US Independence, as noted in the announcement.
