As per the election affidavit submitted with her nomination papers, Paul’s immovable assets have remained consistent at around ₹1.28 crore.
The BJP candidate’s total movable assets rose to ₹2.56 crore from ₹1.10 crore in 2021, when she first filed her nomination papers from this constituency.
Paul, a former fashion designer who ventured into politics, submitted her nomination papers three days ago.
The BJP legislator reported her total assets amounting to ₹3.84 crore.

However, her annual income experienced a notable drop, averaging ₹3.73 lakh between 2020-21 and 2024-25, as indicated in the poll affidavit.
Her liabilities also saw a decline, falling to approximately ₹12.01 lakh in 2026 from ₹19.71 lakh in 2021.
The number of criminal cases against Paul, who has participated in various political programs opposing the ruling TMC, surged significantly from two in 2021 to 22 in 2026, according to Election Commission records.
Paul obtained her BSC degree from Banwarilal Bhalotia College in Asansol and completed a diploma in fashion design from a renowned institute.
