Tamil Nadu Elections: TVK Nominee Aadhav Arjuna Holds Assets Exceeding ₹197 Crore
Aadhav Arjuna, the general secretary of Vijay-led TVK and an actor-politician, has reported moveable and immovable assets amounting to ₹197.52 crore, according to the affidavit he submitted with his nomination papers for the Assembly elections on April 23.

Arjuna is running for election from the Villivakkam Assembly constituency in Chennai on the TVK ticket and submitted his nomination on Monday (April 6). His affidavit indicates that he has declared moveable assets valued at ₹180.03 crore in his name, along with assets worth ₹162.14 crore registered under his wife, Daisy Arjuna.

For the fiscal year 2024-25, he reported a total income of ₹11.10 crore, while his wife declared an income of ₹6.85 crore.
In his affidavit, Arjuna stated that he is involved in business and owns 1,691 grams of gold valued at 2.29 crore, whereas his wife possesses 2,225.62 grams of gold worth 3.01 crore. Additionally, she owns 24,109.34 grams of silver valued at 60.27 lakh, along with diamond ornaments worth 6.16 crore, as per the affidavit.

Arjuna has invested

2.23 crore in various companies, including Arise Constructions Pvt Ltd, Voice of Commons Entertainment Pvt Ltd, Voice of Commons Strategic Consulting Pvt Ltd, and Athletic Game Strategy and Research Pvt Ltd.

The TVK leader also possesses four vehicles, including a sports cycle valued at 63,332.

Regarding immovable assets, Arjuna does not have any agricultural land but holds residential properties with a current market value of ₹17.49 crore.

Aadhav Arjuna’s wife has self-acquired properties worth 56.43 crore, and the value of her inherited assets is 26.78 crore. Furthermore, she has invested 68.75 crore in shares of Bharti-Airtel, HDFC Bank, Jio Financial Services, and more.

She has taken loans from banks and other financial institutions amounting to 26.26 crore, while Aadhav Arjuna has a pending liability of 1.88 crore.

TVK is making its electoral debut in the Assembly elections set to take place on April 23 in Tamil Nadu.
