Operational revenue fell by 10.5% to ₹141.6 crore, down from ₹158.2 crore a year earlier. The company’s earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) decreased by 40.2% year-on-year, dropping to ₹38.7 crore from ₹64.7 crore, with the EBITDA margin falling to 27.3% from 40.9%.
In another development, the company’s board approved a 24-month extension for the utilization timeline of the unutilized funds raised via its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), now set to run from August 23, 2026, to August 22, 2028.

The extension pertains to funds designated for inorganic growth opportunities, acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and general corporate activities.
There are no alterations to the objectives of the issue or the planned use of the QIP proceeds as outlined in the placement document; only the utilization timeline has been revised.
The board has also sanctioned the appointment of Jasthi Krishna Kishore as an Additional Director and Non-Executive Independent Director for a three-year term beginning July 25, 2026, pending shareholder approval.

Additionally, the board has approved the reappointment of Shilpa Choudari as Whole-Time Director for another three-year term effective November 1, 2026, also subject to shareholder approval.
