Revenue from operations grew by 7.2% to ₹301.4 crore, up from ₹281.2 crore a year prior. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose by 8.6% to ₹131 crore from ₹120.6 crore, with the EBITDA margin improving to 43.5% from 42.9% in the previous year’s corresponding quarter.
In the first quarter of FY27, Vedant Fashions recorded a 3.4% year-on-year increase in retail sales, while domestic same-store sales growth (SSSG) was at 3.8%. The net profit (PAT) margin was 26.7%.

As of June 2026, Vedant Fashions operated an exclusive brand outlet (EBO) network totaling 1.67 million square feet across 501 stores in 205 domestic cities and towns. This excludes 136 shop-in-shop (SIS) stores covering 65,000 square feet and 14 international stores spanning 32,000 square feet across nine global locations.
The company’s EBO footprint decreased by a net 15,100 square feet during the quarter, while its SIS and international store networks also saw net declines of 5,800 square feet and 7,700 square feet, respectively.

In a separate matter, the board approved the reappointment of Ravi Modi as Chairman and Managing Director for another term of five consecutive years from August 28, 2026, to August 27, 2031. This reappointment is contingent upon shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Ravi Modi will remain subject to retirement by rotation.
The board also approved Shilpi Modi’s reappointment as Whole-time Director for an additional five-year term from August 28, 2026, to August 27, 2031, also dependent on shareholder approval at the AGM, with her subject to retirement by rotation.
Furthermore, Vedant Fashions confirmed the reappointment of Manish Mahendra Choksi as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second consecutive term of five years from September 6, 2026, to September 5, 2031. His appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, and he will not face retirement by rotation.
