CMS Info Systems secures a 5-year contract for ATM management services with HDFC Bank.
CMS Info Systems Limited has secured a five-year ATM managed services outsourcing agreement with HDFC Bank, the largest private sector bank in India, as stated by the company.

As part of this agreement, CMS will deliver comprehensive ATM managed services, encompassing currency forecasting, cash logistics, and its HAWKAI™ monitoring platform powered by Vision AI. These services aim to enhance ATM availability, cash supply, and operational efficiency throughout the bank’s network.

CMS Info Systems Limited mentioned that this mandate further solidifies its standing in the ATM managed services arena, where it already collaborates with several major banks in India.
Anush Raghavan, Chief Business Officer at CMS Info Systems, stated that the HDFC Bank agreement reflects trust in the company’s technological capabilities, nationwide operational reach, and proven track record in maintaining uptime and compliance standards.
He also mentioned that CMS has broadened its partnerships with private sector banks in recent years. The company observed that its revenue mix from private banks has risen from 22% in FY25 to 25%, anticipating this figure to reach 30% by FY27.

CMS further highlighted that with recent significant contracts, including a ₹1,000 crore agreement with State Bank of India, it is reinforcing its position in the ATM managed services market across India.

The company noted that these developments align with its long-term growth strategies for FY27 and FY30 as it continues to expand its ATM management solutions throughout the nation.
