Highlight on Nishant Kumar’s induction
The cabinet expansion has gained attention primarily due to the anticipated inclusion of Nishant Kumar.
Nishant recently became active in politics by joining the Janata Dal (United) after his father resigned from the Bihar Assembly.
JD(U) leaders and members have expressed eagerness to see Nishant in the government. Initially, he resisted taking on any formal role, favoring involvement at the organizational level prior to accepting a ministerial position.
NDA has finalized ministerial allocations
On Wednesday, May 6, both the BJP and JD(U) concluded discussions regarding their ministerial quotas following meetings in Patna.
It is also expected that representatives from Union Minister Chirag Paswan’s LJP (Ram Vilas) and Jitan Ram Manjhi-led Hindustani Awam Morcha (Secular) will be included in the expanded cabinet, as reported by News18.
