On Monday, June 29, IT services company Tech Mahindra announced the deployment of the AI platform Perplexity within its sales and customer-facing teams to enhance client engagement through real-time, source-backed insights.

The implementation of ‘Perplexity Enterprise Pro’ is intended to provide senior sales leaders and customer partners with advanced tools for efficiently researching customer priorities, understanding industry-specific challenges, and identifying emerging business opportunities, as stated by the company.

“By integrating Enterprise Pro into our sales processes, we are equipping our teams with reliable, real-time intelligence that enables them to better grasp customer priorities, engage with more context, and offer more impactful solutions,” stated Mohit Joshi, CEO and MD of Tech Mahindra.
