In a message on Truth Social, President Trump remarked that the findings from his physical examination at Walter Reed were “extremely good.” He stated he completed a “challenging, approved” cognitive test, scoring a perfect 30, and referred to it as indicative of “extreme intelligence.”
The US President noted that this was his fourth cognitive assessment and that he had attained perfect scores each time. He emphasized that it is uncommon for anyone to achieve such high marks on multiple occasions.
He proposed that all individuals campaigning for the presidency and vice presidency should be mandated to take high-difficulty cognitive tests, urging Congress and Democrats to insist on this requirement.
According to a report from White House physician Dr. Sean Barbabella, released following President Trump’s evaluation, the president is in “excellent health” and remains “fully fit” for his duties.
The report indicated that the President underwent various screenings and assessments carried out by specialists during his physical at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. It confirmed that his cognitive and physical performance were rated as “excellent”.
President Trump took the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), a test used to evaluate cognitive impairment, again scoring 30 out of 30. The report also mentioned that he weighed 238 pounds and noted minor concerns, including bruising on his hands attributed to frequent handshakes and aspirin use, along with slight swelling in his lower legs that had improved since the prior year.
Additionally, the physician’s report stated that President Trump’s cholesterol levels had improved with medication and that he continues to demonstrate robust cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and overall health.
