Prior to its official launch, OnePlus has disclosed most of the primary specifications, design features, and functionalities of this new model. The device will come in Fresh Blue, Lunar Pearl, and Pitch Black color variants and will be available for purchase on Amazon.
OnePlus Nord CE 6: Display and Design
The OnePlus Nord CE 6 is set to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. This smartphone is anticipated to provide a captivating viewing experience along with enhanced scrolling and gaming smoothness.

Performance and Gaming Capabilities
Under the hood, the device will be driven by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, complemented by Touch Reflex technology, which allows for a 3200Hz touch sampling rate. OnePlus asserts that the device can handle up to 144 FPS gameplay, making it attractive for mobile gamers. To efficiently manage heat, the Nord CE 6 will feature an extensive vapor chamber cooling system spanning over 33,000 mm.
Camera Upgrades
In terms of photography, the Nord CE 6 will be equipped with a 50MP primary rear camera featuring dual-axis Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) and support for 4K Ultra HD video recording. For selfies, it will come with a 32MP front camera featuring autofocus, representing a significant upgrade from the previous model, the OnePlus Nord CE 5, which had a 16MP front camera.

Battery and Charging
One of the notable features is its substantial 8,000mAh battery, which supports 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging and 27W wired reverse charging. The company claims that the device can last over 2.5 days on a single charge and maintain up to 80% battery health even after six years of usage.
Software and AI Features
The smartphone will run on OxygenOS 16, based on Android 16, and will include AI-enhanced features like AI Eraser, AI Unblur, AI Reflection Eraser, and AI Portrait Glow integrated into the gallery app.
Durability and Audio
Regarding durability, the Nord CE 6 boasts multiple IP ratings, including IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K, along with MIL-STD-810H certification. For audio, the device will include dual speakers that support up to 300% Ultra Volume.
OnePlus Nord CE 6: Launch Details and Expected Price
The OnePlus Nord CE 6 is set to be launched in India on May 7 at 12 PM IST. While the official pricing has yet to be disclosed, it is anticipated to fall within the ₹30,000 range, slightly above its predecessor’s starting price of ₹24,999.
Alongside the Nord CE 6, OnePlus will also unveil the Nord CE 6 Lite. The Lite variant is confirmed to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor, equipped with a 7,000mAh battery, and featuring a 144Hz display. It is expected to provide up to two days of battery life and will be available in black and light green colors.
