HBL Engineering mentioned that the project scope encompasses supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of on-board Kavach locomotive equipment (Version 4.0).
Chittaranjan Locomotive Works has granted this contract for a domestic project, with HBL Engineering confirming that none of the promoters holds any interest in this transaction.
