In Q4FY26, revenue increased by 13.1% year-on-year to ₹1,173 crore, up from ₹1,037 crore, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 22% to ₹113 crore compared to ₹92 crore a year earlier.
The EBITDA margin improved to 9.6%, rising from 8.9% in the previous year.
Additionally, the company announced the closure of its subsidiary Recycling Infotech LLP.
In a different announcement, Gravita India revealed it would establish a copper recycling plant in Mandvi, Gujarat, with an estimated capital cost of ₹160 crore.
The initiative aims for strategic business diversification, optimal use and monetization of existing land assets, and creating long-term value for shareholders.
Furthermore, the company acquired a 98.95% equity interest in Rashtriya Metal Industries Limited (RMIL) during the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, for a total of ₹559.08 crore through a share purchase agreement executed on March 12, 2026.
RMIL specializes in manufacturing copper and copper alloy products and operates an integrated manufacturing facility in Sarigam, Gujarat.
After the acquisition, RMIL became a subsidiary of Gravita India effective March 12, 2026, and the related purchase price allocation along with fair value adjustments, including goodwill recognition, has been incorporated into the consolidated financial statements.

Prior to the results, shares of Gravita India closed 0.86% higher at ₹1,810 on May 7, increasing ₹15.50 from the previous close.
