This contract is structured as an EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) agreement for executing road construction and related civil works within the state. The overall value of the project amounts to ₹815 crore, excluding taxes.
The duration for the contract completion is set at 30 months. The order has been issued by APCO Infratech Private Ltd, which is a domestic entity. According to company disclosures, the contract is part of an EPC arrangement.

The promoter or promoter group and affiliated companies hold no interest in the entity that has awarded the contract. This transaction is not classified as a related party transaction.
Just last week, GHV Infra Projects announced it had received two work orders totaling about ₹216 crore from GHV (India) Private Limited for infrastructure development projects aimed at expanding car shed capacity in Sanpada and Kalwa, Maharashtra.
In a regulatory filing, the company disclosed a work order worth approximately ₹111 crore, excluding GST, for various infrastructural enhancements related to the car shed expansion at Sanpada.

In a separate contract, another work order was awarded to the company valued at around ₹105 crore, excluding GST, for similar infrastructural development efforts for the car shed expansion at Kalwa.
These contracts have been granted by a domestic entity, and completion is expected within 24 months from the start date. GHV (India) Private Ltd is the awarding entity for these contracts.
GHV Infra Projects Ltd shares closed at ₹315.00, reflecting a decline of ₹5.00, or 1.56%, on the BSE.
