FIFA Announces $60 Fan Tickets for 2026 World Cup: Details on the New Pricing Structure
As demand in the current sales phase reaches 20 million ticket requests, FIFA has announced that supporters of the national teams that qualify for the FIFA World Cup 2026 will benefit from a special ticket pricing tier. This initiative aims to make following their teams at football’s premier event more accessible. The newly launched Supporter Entry Tier will be priced at a fixed rate of USD 60 per ticket for all 104 matches, including the final.

The entry tier tickets will be specifically designated for fans of qualified teams, with the selection and distribution managed on an individual basis by the Participating Member Associations (PMAs). Each PMA will establish its own eligibility criteria and application procedure. They are encouraged to ensure these tickets are allocated to dedicated supporters who have a strong connection to their national teams.

Overall, 50% of each PMA’s allocation will be within the most affordable categories, specifically the Supporter Value Tier (40%) and the Supporter Entry Tier (10%). The remaining allocation will be evenly divided between the Supporter Standard Tier and the Supporter Premier Tier.
Additionally, fans who apply through the PMA allocation and whose teams do not progress to the knockout stage will have the administrative fee waived when refunds are issued for unsuccessful applications.

This announcement comes amid remarkable global enthusiasm for tickets to the FIFA World Cup 2026, with 20 million requests already made during this random selection draw sales phase, which began last Thursday, 11 December 2025. Interest continues to grow following the release of match schedules, venues, and kick-off times for this transformative tournament, set to take place across Canada, Mexico, and the United States from Thursday, 11 June to Sunday, 19 July 2026.

The Random Selection Draw ticketing phase will remain open until Tuesday, 13 January 2026, at 11:00 ET (17:00 CET), and the timing of a ticket request within this timeframe will not impact the likelihood of success. Fans can enter the draw and find detailed information at FIFA.com/tickets.

As a not-for-profit entity, FIFA reinvests the revenues generated from the FIFA World Cup to promote the growth of men’s, women’s, and youth football throughout its 211 Member Associations.
