Pimpri-Chinchwad PCMC Election Outcomes: BJP Takes the Lead in 70 Seats, NCP in Front with 40

Maharashtra Local Body Election Results: BJP Becomes the Largest Party, Congress Wins 29 Seats.
The vote counting process for all 29 municipal corporations in Maharashtra, including Pimpri-Chinchwad, is currently ongoing. The election took place on Thursday, January 14.

The BJP is ahead in 83 seats in Pimpri-Chinchwad, while Ajit Pawar’s NCP holds 37 seats in the same area. Additionally, the Shiv Sena is leading by seven seats.

The PCMC saw a voter turnout of 57.71%, down from 65.3% in 2017.
