He reported having cash in hand of roughly ₹12,000 and various bank accounts. His movable assets are now valued at roughly ₹24.57 lakh, down from ₹59.31 lakh reported in 2021.
His immovable assets are estimated at ₹61.30 lakh, which includes nearly 2.46 acres of agricultural land, along with a house, a flat, and other properties collectively valued at approximately ₹25 lakh.
The affidavit indicates that Adhikari has no outstanding loans or government liabilities. He has also stated that he does not possess any vehicle or jewelry.
The document further reveals that 25 criminal cases are pending against him, with no convictions thus far.
The cases involve charges including rioting, violence, provocation, defamation, and violations of the SC/ST Act and the Disaster Management Act. The majority of these cases were filed after he transitioned to the BJP from the Trinamool Congress in 2020.
Previously, the Calcutta High Court provided him relief in numerous cases, and in October 2025, it dismissed 15 of these cases.
Adhikari has identified politics and business as his professions. His income sources include his salary as an MLA, pension, and business ventures. He holds a Master’s degree from Rabindra Bharati University.
The BJP leader is running for election in two constituencies – Nandigram and Bhabanipur.
