Revenue surged 87% year-on-year to a record ₹1,910 crore, up from ₹1,019 crore, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) reached an unprecedented ₹397 crore, representing an approximate 184% rise from the same quarter last year.

The company’s EBITDA margin increased to 20.8% from 13.7%, reflecting a growth of 710 basis points year-on-year and achieving the highest level in almost 20 quarters.
Sequentially, revenue rose 32.5% from ₹1,441 crore, while earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) grew to ₹385 crore from ₹195 crore, with the EBIT margin enhancing to 20.2% from the previous quarter’s 13.5%.

Sterlite Technologies reported that its open order book reached ₹18,618 crore by the end of the quarter, marking the highest in its history. During this period, the company successfully completed a ₹1,500 crore Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP), which allowed it to become net debt-free and facilitated capital for its forthcoming growth phase.
Among notable contract wins, Sterlite Technologies secured a multi-year contract valued at $1.11 billion (over ₹10,000 crore) for supplying optical connectivity products aimed at next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) data centres.

The company also received multiple orders from hyperscalers exceeding $100 million for its Neuralis integrated data centre solutions, along with a strategic contract to provide long-haul, dark-fibre high-density micro-cables to a significant connectivity infrastructure provider.
Regarding product advancements, the firm expanded its AI data centre offerings with Neuralis, a connectivity suite tailored for AI data centres. They also launched CONCAT, a pre-connectorised plug-and-play solution aimed at minimizing on-site labor and installation costs, and developed US Conec-certified MMC Pre-Terminated solutions that offer three times the cabling density for 800G-plus AI data centre implementations.
STL announced a positive outcome in a European patent dispute, strengthening its intellectual property portfolio, which now consists of over 785 patents, thereby reinforcing its competitive position in optical connectivity markets throughout the UK and Europe.

Sterlite Technologies Ltd shares concluded at ₹564.25, up by ₹17.50, or 3.20%, on the BSE.
