- A Memorandum of Understanding on Migration and Mobility was established between the Governments of India and the Netherlands.
- A collaboration between TATA Electronics and ASML aims to bolster the semiconductor Fab in Dholera.

Emphasis on Minerals
- A Memorandum of Understanding focused on Critical Minerals was signed between the Ministry of Mines of India and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.
- A Letter of Intent regarding the Kalpasar Project in Gujarat was signed between the Ministry of Jal Shakti of India and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management of the Netherlands.
Energy Cooperation
- The India-Netherlands Roadmap for Green Hydrogen Cooperation and Renewable Energy development was established.
- A Joint Working Group was formed under a renewed MoU for cooperation in renewable energy.
- A Joint Statement of Intent between NITI Aayog and the Netherlands was made to collaborate on energy sector projects and transition efforts.
Agriculture and Animal Husbandry
- The Indo-Dutch Centre of Excellence for Flowers was established in West Tripura.
- A training Centre of Excellence for Dairy was set up at the Centre of Excellence for Animal Husbandry in Bengaluru.
- A joint Declaration was signed between the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying of India and the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Security, and Nature of the Netherlands for collaboration in Animal Husbandry and Dairying.
Health and Research Cooperation
- A Letter of Intent was signed between the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) for health cooperation.
- An agreement on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Customs Matters was reached between the two governments.
Educational Collaboration
- A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between India and the Netherlands for cooperation in Higher Education and culture.
- An MoU on Academic Cooperation was established between Nalanda University and the University of Groningen.
- An MoU was signed between Leiden University Libraries and the Archaeological Survey of India.
