The University of Wisconsin-Stout’s 2025 WEAR Fashion Show showcased visual storytelling, where ‘the future of fashion’ displayed their couture collections across the runway.
At 4pm on Saturday, May 3, UW-Stout’s B.S. Fashion Design & Development program shared student fashion collections in a show attended by students, faculty, staff, friends, and family. The event took place in the Great Hall of the Memorial Student Center (302 10th Ave. E, Menomonie) on campus.
The recurring WEAR Fashion Show — now in its third year — exhibited contemporary designs from Evan Tomczyk, Lucas Moreno-Martinez III, and a dozen other fashion design students, UW-Stout shared.
The event has become more than just a fashion show; WEAR embodies a vibrant showcase of student creativity, innovative design concepts, and practical industry skills, the UW-Stout website reads. This event highlights the evolution of student artistry, and “illustrates our students’ journey from hands-on, studio-based learning to wearable, industry-forward couture.”
