NCC's Q4 Net Profit Declines 19% Due to Margin Pressure, Revenue Increases 2%; Announces ₹2.20 Dividend
Infrastructure firm NCC Ltd reported a consolidated net profit decrease of 18.8% year-on-year for the fourth quarter, falling to ₹206 crore from ₹253.8 crore during the same period last year.

For the quarter, revenue rose by 1.7% year-on-year to ₹6,232.7 crore compared to ₹6,130.9 crore in the corresponding quarter the previous year. EBITDA dropped 1.1% year-on-year to ₹550.4 crore from ₹556.3 crore, while the EBITDA margin was recorded at 8.8%, down from 9.1% in the year-ago period.

The company indicated a standalone order book of ₹72,259 crore for FY26, reflecting a 16% increase year-over-year. Earnings per share were reported at ₹9.19, with net debt standing at ₹1,667 crore.

On an annual basis, the company’s total order book reached ₹83,004 crore compared to ₹71,568 crore in FY25, showing a 16% growth year-on-year. The earnings per share were noted at ₹10.76, while net debt was reported at ₹2,815 crore.

Order inflows for FY26 amounted to ₹31,884 crore, down from ₹32,888 crore in FY25, marking a 3% decline year-on-year. The company reported a book-to-bill ratio of 4x, suggesting strong revenue visibility over multiple years.

For FY2025-26, a dividend of ₹2.20 per equity share of face value ₹2 has been proposed, which equates to 110%. This dividend is pending approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The record date for identifying eligible shareholders for the dividend is set for Friday, August 14, 2026.

NCC Ltd’s shares closed at ₹159.95, down by ₹1.85, or 1.14%, on the BSE.
