State-owned National Building Construction Company (NBCC) Ltd. has announced the acquisition of a ₹172.5 crore order from UCO Bank.
This project involves the construction of a modern high-rise building for UCO Bank’s Head Office with a green building certification in Kolkata’s New Town, according to the company.
The company reported a year-on-year (YoY) increase of 29.4% in net profit, reaching ₹176 crore for the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2025, compared to ₹136 crore in Q4FY24.
Revenue rose by 16.2% to ₹4,642.5 crore, up from ₹3,996.3 crore a year earlier.
On the operating front, EBITDA grew 19.3% YoY to ₹290 crore from ₹243.2 crore. The EBITDA margin improved to 6.25%, up from 6.09% during the same period last fiscal year.
Shares of NBCC are currently down 0.53% at ₹121.60, with the stock gaining over 30% this year.
