KEC International wins orders worth ₹1,754 crore in Transmission & Distribution and cable sectors.
RPG Group’s firm and global infrastructure leader, KEC International Ltd, announced on Monday (June 29) that it has secured new orders totaling ₹1,754 crore in its transmission and distribution (T&D) and cables & conductors divisions.

The company has received notable orders in the transmission and distribution sector for the provision of high-voltage transmission line towers in the Americas. This includes repeat business from clients and the largest-ever tower supply order from the United States.

In the cables and conductors sector, KEC International has obtained multiple orders both within India and from international markets.

Vimal Kejriwal, MD and CEO of KEC International Ltd, commented, “We are thrilled with our new order wins, particularly in the tower supply market. The repeat orders from clients in the Americas, including our largest tower supply order from the USA, mirror the growing momentum in the American T&D sector.

These achievements reinforce our strategic commitment to enhancing our global tower sales business. With these new orders, our year-to-date order intake exceeds ₹4,000 crore.”

Recently, KEC International received favorable news when Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL) lifted its exclusion order, allowing the company to actively bid for PGCIL tenders and contracts as either a bidder or sub-contractor.

The order, effective November 18, 2025, had previously prevented the company from participating in Power Grid tenders for nine months. In a filing with the exchange, KEC indicated that PGCIL lifted the restrictions after reviewing the company’s appeals and the remedial actions taken since the order’s issuance.

Shares of KEC International Ltd closed at ₹514.45, declining by ₹13.60, or 2.58%, on the BSE.
