Indian Hotels Company Limited signs 55-key Tree of Life resort in Wayanad
The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) announced on Thursday that it has signed a contract for a 55-key brownfield Tree of Life resort in Wayanad, Kerala. This marks the entry of the brand into the state, as stated by IHCL.
“This announcement signifies our launch in Kerala and showcases our commitment to expanding in promising leisure markets. We are excited to collaborate with Saeed Edavankandy on this venture,” stated Suma Venkatesh, IHCL Executive Vice President – Real Estate and Development.
With this hotel opening, IHCL will boast 23 properties in Kerala, including 5 currently in development.
