The planned fundraising will occur at an issue price of ₹143.28 per security and is pending shareholder approval, along with necessary statutory and regulatory permissions.
The company stated that the proceeds will be allocated to business expansion, strategic acquisitions, capital expenditures, and working capital needs.
Based in Hyderabad, IIRM Holdings is a publicly traded holding company with operations in India, Singapore, Sri Lanka, the Maldives, and Kenya. Its flagship subsidiary, India Insure Risk Management and Insurance Broking Services Pvt. Ltd., has been a part of the insurance broking industry since 2003.
The company reported handling gross written premium (GWP) exceeding ₹1,600 crore in FY26 via its operating entities. Currently, it operates 18 offices, employs over 500 staff, and services around 2,000 corporate clients along with nearly 100,000 retail customers across its regions.
IIRM is pursuing a dual strategy of organic growth and acquisitions, and is in the process of consolidating various insurance brokers both in India and abroad as part of its expansion efforts.

The company emphasized that the capital raise aligns with the increasing demand for insurance distribution, risk advisory, and employee wellbeing solutions throughout Asia and other rapidly growing markets.
