On Wednesday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah arrived in Bihar’s capital to participate in the expansion of the state cabinet, which will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Shah, a former president of the BJP, was welcomed at the airport by Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, who became the first leader from the saffron party to lead a government in the state last month.

Recognized as the primary strategist for the BJP, Shah went directly to a city hotel where he convened with numerous party leaders and NDA allies before concluding his day.
During his visit, Shah made a short stop to pay his respects at the Panchroopi Hanuman temple located in Rajbansi Nagar, just a kilometer from Patna airport.

Also arriving for the event on Thursday is BJP national president Nitin Nabin, who was a minister in the state cabinet prior to his appointment to the party’s top position last December.

Samrat Choudhary shared on his X account that Nabin and BJP national general secretary (organization) B.L Santhosh were among those present at the temple during Shah’s visit for prayers.

In addition to Modi, notable attendees expected at the significant gathering at Gandhi Maidan include Union ministers Jagat Prakash Nadda and Rajnath Singh, both former presidents of the BJP, Chief Ministers from various BJP-ruled states, and alliance partners like Union Minister Chirag Paswan.
