On the night before the FIFA Intercontinental Cup Qatar 2025 final, featuring Paris Saint-Germain and CR Flamengo at Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium, the top players and coaches of 2025 will be unveiled during the FIFA Celebration 2025 Dinner at Fairmont Katara Hall in Doha. Prior to this, the best fans, goalkeepers, and goals will be revealed through digital videos on FIFA platforms and social media, alongside the announcement of the FIFA Fair Play Award winner.
The gala dinner will host 800 guests, including the FIFA President, FIFA Council members, FIFA Legends, representatives from Member Associations worldwide, and various local and regional ambassadors and pioneers of the sport.
As always, fans have significantly influenced the selection of winners by casting over 16 million votes, impacting several awards, including The Best FIFA Women’s Player, The Best FIFA Men’s Player, The Best FIFA Women’s Coach, The Best FIFA Men’s Coach, The Best FIFA Women’s Goalkeeper, and The Best FIFA Men’s Goalkeeper. The winners of these awards are determined by a balanced voting system involving fans, current captains and coaches from all women’s and men’s national teams, and media representatives.
Additionally, fans have had a role in voting for The Best FIFA Women’s 11 and The Best FIFA Men’s 11.
The voting for the FIFA Marta Award and the FIFA Puskás Award – recognizing the best goals in women’s and men’s football – has been evenly split between fans and a panel of FIFA Legends, while the FIFA Fan Award has been fully voted on by fans, and the recipient of the FIFA Fair Play Award has been determined by an expert panel.
Fans can enjoy the entire ceremony live and for free on FIFA.com – with the broadcast commencing at 20:00 local time (18:00 CET) on Tuesday, 16 December.
