In the previous season, the Hardik Pandya-led team finished third after being defeated by runners-up Punjab Kings in Qualifier 2. However, Mumbai Indians are confident that they have all the necessary components to aim for a record-extending sixth title this year.
A refreshed Rohit Sharma will be eager to find his rhythm again, while the all-round depth of Mumbai Indians positions them as a formidable contender in the tournament once more. The squad showcases a significant portion of India’s T20 World Cup-winning team, including skipper Suryakumar Yadav, Pandya, Tilak Varma, and Jasprit Bumrah.
