Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna defence public sector enterprise, announced on Thursday that it has received additional orders totaling ₹569 crore since its previous announcement on December 12, 2025.
The new orders encompass a diverse array of both defence and non-defence products, including radar systems, tank overhaul solutions, communication devices, fire control systems, simulators, antenna stabilisation systems, security software, along with components, upgrades, spares, and associated services.
Previously, on December 12, BEL reported to stock exchanges about contracts worth ₹776 crore. Although the names of the clients were not disclosed, the contracts featured important indigenous systems such as the counter-unmanned aerial system (SAKSHAM), software-defined radios, anti-drone systems, communication equipment, medical electronics, gun and weapon control systems, avionics, masts, security software, as well as support services.

For the quarter, BEL announced a consolidated net profit of ₹1,286 crore, reflecting an 18% increase year-on-year and exceeding analysts’ projections of ₹1,143 crore.
Quarterly revenue surged by 26% year-on-year to reach ₹5,764 crore, while earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose by 22% to ₹1,695.6 crore. The EBITDA margin stood at 29.42%, surpassing market expectations of approximately 27.7%.
BEL shares closed 1.23% higher at ₹393.55 on the NSE today, December 12.
