For fans, this moment provided a rare and heartwarming intersection of two of India’s most revered figures from the realms of sports and cinema.
Salman was joined by family, including his father Salim Khan, mother Salma Khan, brothers Sohail and Arbaaz Khan (with wife Sshura), sisters Arpita Khan Sharma and Alvira Khan Agnihotri, as well as nephews and nieces Arhaan, Nirvaan, Ahil, and Ayat, at Arpita Farms, located about an hour and a half from Mumbai.
Also present were Riteish Deshmukh with Genelia D’Souza and their sons Riaan and Rahyl, Mahesh Manjrekar, Sangeeta Bijlani, Ramesh Taurani, Nikhil Dwivedi, and Huma Qureshi.
Salman briefly stepped outside to cut a cake for the paparazzi, amidst heightened security.
Every year on December 27, which coincides with his niece Ayat’s birthday, the actor celebrates his birthday at his farmhouse.
Last night, the Bandra-Worli Sea Link in Mumbai was illuminated with a unique birthday tribute to Salman, featuring his photo and a message that read: “Happy birthday, bhai.” Salman, who began his acting career in 1988 with “Biwi Ho To Aisi,” has been a prominent figure in the industry for over thirty years.
Throughout his career, Salman has acted in a variety of genres, including comedies, action, family dramas, romance, and intense films, amassing a large fan base.
Notable films in his repertoire include “Andaz Apna Apna,” “Mujhse Shaadi Karogi,” “Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya?”, “Partner,” “No Entry,” “Saajan,” and “Hum Aapke Hain Koun…?” among many others.
Salman’s upcoming project is “Battle of Galwan,” which depicts one of India’s most intense battles that took place without the firing of a single bullet, occurring at an altitude of over 15,000 feet.
The film is directed by Apoorva Lakhia, known for “Shootout at Lokhandwala,” and is scheduled to release in 2026.
