Net interest income (NII), which is the difference between the interest earned and paid, rose by 17.8% to ₹684 crore from ₹580.4 crore a year prior. The bank’s provisions decreased to ₹57.1 crore from ₹115.1 crore in the previous year’s quarter.

DCB Bank reported a 17% year-on-year growth in advances, while deposits rose by 20% compared to the prior year. The bank’s Provision Coverage Ratio (PCR) stood at 79.81% as of June 30, 2026. Excluding gold loan NPAs, the PCR was recorded at 80.46%.

The lender’s Capital Adequacy Ratio under Basel III was maintained at 17.03% at the quarter’s end, including Tier I capital of 14.90% and Tier II capital of 2.13%.
As of June 30, 2026, DCB Bank’s total assets amounted to ₹88,752 crore, rising from ₹77,395 crore a year ago. Deposits grew to ₹74,482 crore from ₹62,039 crore, and net advances climbed to ₹59,951 crore from ₹51,215 crore during the same timeframe. The bank’s investments expanded to ₹20,873 crore from ₹19,948 crore, and shareholders’ equity increased to ₹6,771 crore from ₹5,840 crore.
Asset quality showed improvement year-on-year, with the gross non-performing asset (Gross NPA) ratio decreasing to 2.43% from 2.98%, while the net non-performing asset (Net NPA) ratio enhanced to 0.84% from 1.22%. The coverage ratio also improved, rising to 79.81% from 74.04%.

The bank’s current account and savings account (CASA) ratio was recorded at 21.65% as of June 30, 2026, down from 23.32% the previous year. The credit-deposit ratio stood at 80.49%, compared to 82.55% in the same period last year.
Praveen Kutty, Managing Director and CEO, stated, “The growth momentum for deposits and advances remains robust. Significant improvements across profitability metrics have resulted in a 36% increase in profit after tax compared to the previous year.
Our cost-to-average-assets ratio is at a historic low, with continual improvement in portfolio quality, which has led to lower credit costs and decreases in both gross and net NPAs. This combination has enabled the bank to achieve its highest quarterly PAT for the fourth consecutive quarter, with a 2.05% rise in ROE since last year.”
Shares of DCB Bank Ltd closed at ₹186.10, a decrease of ₹3.65 or 1.92%, on the BSE.
