Ram Ratna Wires Sees Q4 Profit and EBITDA Surge Over Twice with Revenue Growth
Ram Ratna Wires reported a significant increase in net profit for Q4 FY26 on Tuesday (May 26), attributed to robust growth in its winding wires and copper tubes divisions.

The company announced a consolidated net profit of ₹39 crore for Q4 FY26, up from ₹18 crore in the same quarter last year.

Operational revenue soared by 83.2% year-on-year, reaching ₹1,752.9 crore compared to ₹956.7 crore, while EBITDA more than doubled to ₹93.2 crore from ₹45.3 crore. The EBITDA margin improved to 5.3%, up from 4.7% a year earlier.
Income from the winding wires and strips segment jumped to ₹1,392.04 crore in the quarter, compared to ₹790.53 crore in Q4 FY25, while revenue from copper tubes and pipes also more than doubled to ₹347.20 crore from ₹141.41 crore.

Total segment revenue was ₹1,767.29 crore versus ₹956.75 crore in the same quarter last year.

The board has recommended a dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share of face value ₹5 each for FY26, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting. Should the dividend be approved, it will be paid within 30 days post-AGM, subject to applicable tax deductions.

Commenting on the results, Mahendrakumar Kabra, MD, stated, “A major highlight of the year was the ongoing enhancement of our product mix, with the share of copper tubes and pipes growing from 14% to 22%, showcasing our strategic diversification efforts and aligning our portfolio for sustainable long-term growth and profitability.”

He added that domestic demand remains strong, bolstered by persistent investments in India’s power, transmission, distribution, and infrastructure sectors.

The company is also experiencing positive trends in high-growth areas such as EV infrastructure and renewable energy grid connectivity, he noted.

Before the quarterly results announcement, shares of Ram Ratna Wires finished 1.16% higher at ₹475.90 on the NSE today, May 26.
