Brigade Enterprises secures JDA for ₹850 crore housing development in Hyderabad.

Realty company Brigade Enterprises Ltd announced on Monday (May 25) that it has entered into a joint development agreement for a premium residential project in Kompally, Hyderabad, projected to generate revenue of ₹850 crore.

The project will cover 5.6 acres in the rapidly growing corridor of North Hyderabad, aiming to fulfill the demand for sustainable and contemporary living spaces. The firm intends to transform the land into a residential community that features thoughtful architectural design and a range of amenities.


The Brigade Group first ventured into the Hyderabad market with Brigade at No.7 in Banjara Hills and subsequently broadened its presence with Brigade Citadel in Moti Nagar. The recent agreement follows an earlier announcement regarding a four-acre project in Neopolis, which is currently in an advanced design phase. Brigade Group aims to invest approximately ₹5,000 crore across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors in Hyderabad over the next three to four years.

Shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited closed at ₹670.00, slipping by ₹2.25, or 0.33%, on the BSE.
