Fortis Healthcare Reports 45% Increase in Q4 Profit Due to Reduced Exceptional Losses and Increased Revenue
Fortis Healthcare Limited announced a consolidated net profit increase of 44.6% for the fourth quarter ending March 31, 2026, reaching ₹265.9 crore, driven by reduced exceptional losses. The net profit for Q4FY25 was ₹183.9 crore.

The revenue from operations for Q4 rose by 17.8% year-over-year to ₹2,364.7 crore, up from ₹2,007.2 crore, while EBITDA grew 22.2% to ₹532.3 crore from ₹435.5 crore. The EBITDA margin improved to 22.5%, compared to 21.7% in the same quarter last year.

The board proposed a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share of face value ₹10 each for FY26, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming annual general meeting.

Shares of Fortis Healthcare Limited experienced a decline before the quarterly earnings announcement, closing at ₹961.90 on the NSE, down ₹5.40 or 0.56% from the previous day’s close.
