US-Israel Conflict with Iran: Airlines like Emirates and IndiGo Offering Repatriation Flights to Mumbai
As tensions rise between Iran and the US-Israel, Indian airlines are actively working to repatriate citizens who are stranded. Mumbai Airport is preparing to welcome several repatriation flights today and tomorrow, providing relief to thousands of Indians trapped in West Asia.

Recent updates reveal that Emirates flight EK8506 from Dubai touched down at Mumbai Airport at 13:55, followed by Star Air flights S58503 and S58302 from Fujairah, scheduled to arrive at 19:30 and 21:00, respectively. Indigo flights 6E8636 and 6E8595 from Jeddah are set to land at 23:55 and 23:30, respectively.

The March 4 itinerary includes Royal Jordanian flight RJ190 from Amman at 01:40, Gulf Air GF2064 from Dammam at 05:50, and Spice Jet flights SG9031 and SG9014 from Fujairah at 04:00 and 06:25, respectively.
The ongoing conflict has led to significant disruptions, with nearly 15 Indian aircraft stranded in Gulf airports. To date, two Air India planes have returned from Dubai, one carrying passengers and the other with stranded crew.
IndiGo has successfully repatriated four of its seven captive aircraft, with only crew members aboard. Air India Express has managed to retrieve two of its six stuck planes, but unfortunately, without any passengers.

Earlier today, Air India undertook its first flight from Dubai since tensions escalated in West Asia. An X post reported that the national airline transported 149 passengers and 8 crew members.

While flight operations in the Middle East slowly resumed on Tuesday, widespread cancellations persist at Dubai airport, Abu Dhabi airport, and various Saudi airports.

In an advisory issued on Tuesday, India urged its nationals in the UAE to remain vigilant and adhere to guidelines.

Meanwhile, the number of Americans reported killed during the ongoing conflict with Iran stands at six, according to the US military. The Iranian Red Crescent reports that the death toll in Iran from US-Israeli strikes has escalated to 787 on its fourth day, a significant increase from 555 reported on Monday.
