The developer has unveiled Trident Parktown, an upscale integrated township covering approximately 125 acres in Sectors 19A and 40, Panipat, with a total proposed investment of ₹1,200 crore. Phase 1 of the project will feature over 400 residential plots, beginning from 200 sq. yds, marking Trident Realty’s strategic move beyond metropolis and core NCR markets.
For developers, tier-2 and tier-3 cities like Panipat are becoming increasingly appealing as affordability constraints in metropolitan areas rise, alongside a growing demand for larger homes, plotted developments, and community-focused living. Enhanced highway connectivity, increasing industrial activity, and proximity to major urban centers are transforming residential demand in these locations.
“Panipat signifies the next stage of urban development—where infrastructure, connectivity, and aspirations converge,” stated S.K. Narvar, Group Chairman of Trident Realty. “With Trident Parktown, our goal is to establish a future-ready township that mirrors evolving lifestyle choices while providing lasting value in an emerging city.”
Designed as a wellness-oriented integrated township, Trident Parktown will incorporate a blend of residential plots, independent floors, group housing, and retail and commercial spaces. The planning of the project is inspired by the holistic living concept, with neighborhoods themed around the seven chakras, expressed through beautifully landscaped zones and thematic parks.
The township will encompass 10 theme-based parks, a 2.25-km cycling track, sports courts, outdoor fitness areas, community lawns, amphitheaters, yoga and meditation areas, and pedestrian-friendly walkways. An ultra-modern clubhouse is also envisioned as a social and lifestyle hub, integrating leisure, wellness, and dining amenities.
According to Parvinder Singh, CEO of Trident Realty, the project embodies a heightened emphasis on integrated planning in non-metro markets. “Homebuyers in tier-2 cities are today looking for the same quality of infrastructure, amenities, and design that was previously confined to metropolitan areas. Our commitment has been to create a township where functionality, aesthetics, and lifestyle harmoniously blend,” he remarked.
With Panipat reaping benefits from its location along the Delhi–Chandigarh corridor and growing residential interest, initiatives like Trident Parktown underscore how developers are recalibrating their growth strategies—venturing beyond metro areas to address the escalating demand in India’s next wave of urban centers.
