Bengaluru CM and BCCI Respond to Unforeseen RCB Stampede Incident
IPL champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru have pledged financial aid of Rs 10 lakh each to the families of the 11 supporters who tragically lost their lives in a stampede outside Chinnaswamy Stadium during the team’s IPL victory celebrations.

Numerous fans gathered to see Virat Kohli and his team, resulting in chaos that led to the deaths of 11 individuals near the stadium on Wednesday.

“The tragic incident in Bengaluru yesterday has brought immense sorrow to the RCB family,” the team stated on social media on Thursday.
“In a show of respect and solidarity, RCB has announced financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh to the families of those who passed away. Additionally, a fund named RCB Cares is being established to help fans who were injured in this heartbreaking event,” the statement continued.

Over 50 individuals suffered injuries during the incident.
