PNC Infratech secures ₹240 crore highway overpass contract from Rajasthan PWD.
Infrastructure firm PNC Infratech Ltd announced on Saturday (June 7) that it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Public Works Department (PWD) of Rajasthan for a flyover construction project in Bharatpur city.

“…we are excited to share that our company has obtained a Letter of Acceptance dated 06.06.2025 from PWD-Rajasthan for the project titled “Construction of Flyover from Heeradas Chouraha to Kumher Gate Chouraha in Bharatpur City, Bharatpur” on 07.06.2025,” as stated in a filing to the stock exchange.

The project, awarded on June 6, 2025, entails building a flyover between Heeradas Chouraha and Kumher Gate Chouraha, falling under an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract. The total contract value is ₹239.94 crore, with a completion timeline of 24 months.

Fourth Quarter

The company reported a significant 81% year-on-year (YoY) decline in net profit, dropping to ₹75.50 crore from ₹395.90 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue also decreased by 34.5% YoY to ₹1,704 crore compared to ₹2,600 crore, while EBITDA fell by 51% to ₹362 crore from ₹736 crore. The EBITDA margin shrank to 21.26% from 28.32% a year ago.

Shares of PNC Infratech Ltd closed at ₹305.10, gaining ₹6.85, or 2.30%, on the BSE.
