Among the 48 departments evaluated, a remarkable 12 received perfect scores, indicating they completed all assigned tasks within the specified timeline. These high-performing departments include Water Resources, Home, Rural Development, Animal Husbandry, and Ports. The Higher and Technical Education, Labour, and Textile Departments also performed exceptionally, alongside the Culture, Mining, Dairy Development, and Employment Guarantee Scheme departments.

The Women and Child Development Department, under the leadership of Aditi Tatkare from the Ajit Pawar group, achieved an 80% score. The Public Works Department ranked second, with the Agriculture Department taking third place.
Meanwhile, three major departments struggled, scoring below 35%. These include the General Administration Department led by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, the Urban Development Department overseen by Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, and the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department managed by Deputy CM Ajit Pawar.
The General Administration Department received a score of just 24%, the Urban Development Department scored 34%, and the Food and Civil Supplies Department achieved a score of 33%.
The significant disparity in performance between high and low-scoring departments has ignited political debate and public interest. As the Mahayuti government progresses into its next phase, this report card serves as both a reflection and a roadmap. Citizens will be attentive to whether underperforming ministries close the gap and whether top departments can sustain their success.
