Sources indicate that the company will soon introduce an 18-acre development named ’DLF Privana North’ located in Sector 76/77 Gurugram, featuring over 1,150 apartments.
The anticipated cost for this project is around ₹5,500 crore, as reported. This new endeavor is part of the larger 116-acre township called ’DLF Privana’.
Within this township, DLF successfully launched and sold out two projects last year—’DLF Privana West’ and ’DLF Privana South’—generating around ₹12,800 crore.
In May 2024, DLF sold all 795 apartments for ₹5,590 crore just three days after launching its 12.57-acre project ’Privana West’.
Prior to that, in January 2024, the company sold 1,113 luxury apartments in Gurugram for ₹7,200 crore within three days of initiating the ’DLF Privana South’ project, which spans 25 acres.
The upcoming project will be the third in this expansive township.
DLF, recognized as the largest real estate company in India by market capitalization, reported unprecedented sales bookings of ₹21,223 crore for the 2024-25 fiscal year, reflecting a 44% increase from ₹14,778 crore the previous year.
Ashok Tyagi, DLF’s MD, recently provided sales bookings guidance for the current fiscal year, targeting ₹20,000-22,000 crore, consistent with last year’s figures.
To meet this objective, DLF plans to introduce housing properties worth over ₹17,000 crore this fiscal year, responding to strong demand for luxury residences.
Last month, Aakash Ohri, Joint Managing Director and Chief Business Officer of DLF Home Developers Ltd, announced that the company aims to launch the new project, Privana North, within the current quarter.
In its latest investors presentation, DLF revealed that it launched a total area of 7.5 million square feet for sale last fiscal year, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹40,600 crore.
From this, the company sold 5 million square feet during the last financial year, generating ₹19,344 crore.
In the fiscal year 2024-25, DLF unveiled its super luxury project, ’The Dahlias’, which offers a total saleable area of 4.5 million sq ft and a sales potential of ₹35,000 crore.
Recently, DLF reported strong demand for The Dahlias project, achieving sales bookings worth ₹13,744 crore in the last fiscal.
The company is optimistic about sustained housing demand and plans to leverage this momentum by rolling out carefully calibrated new products from a robust and diverse pipeline.
DLF’s net profit surged to ₹4,366.82 crore in the fiscal year 2024-25, up from ₹2,723.53 crore in the previous year. Total income increased to ₹8,995.89 crore last fiscal, compared to ₹6,958.34 crore in the 2023-24 financial year.
