Quarterly revenue remained nearly unchanged at ₹1,457.6 crore, down 0.2% from ₹1,460.4 crore a year prior. Diluted EPS was reported at ₹5.94 compared to ₹10.32.
EBITDA declined by 12.3% to ₹364.7 crore in Q4, down from ₹416 crore in the same quarter last year. The EBITDA margin was reported at 25.1%, compared to 28.5% in the corresponding period last year.

The company achieved real estate sales of 1.95 million square feet in Q4 FY26, valued at ₹2,521 crore. The average realization was ₹12,915, up 7% compared to Q4 FY25. During the quarter, about 4 million square feet were launched across seven projects.
FY26
For FY26, the real estate division recorded pre-sales of 6.13 million square feet, amounting to a value of ₹7,424 crore. Segment revenue was ₹4,002 crore, reflecting an 11% increase over FY25. The leasing segment posted revenue of ₹1,303 crore in FY26, up 12% from ₹1,165 crore in FY25. Retail footfalls increased by 7% year-on-year, while retail consumption grew by 18% during the same timeframe.
The hospitality segment achieved 76% occupancy, with an average room rate of ₹7,453, an 11% increase, and revenue climbing 13% to ₹604 crore. Total collections for FY26 amounted to ₹7,476 crore, with net cash flow from operations recorded at ₹1,411 crore.

For FY26, overall revenue increased to ₹5,909 crore from ₹5,314 crore. EBITDA was reported at ₹1,638 crore, slightly down from ₹1,654 crore, while net profit rose to ₹725 crore from ₹680 crore. Diluted EPS was reported at ₹26.33 compared to ₹28.68.
The company has proposed a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share of ₹10 each, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. If approved, the dividend will be disbursed within 30 days from the date of approval.
Brigade Enterprises has also suggested a bonus issue in a 1:3 ratio, providing one fully paid-up equity share of ₹10 for every three existing shares, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. The record date for this eligibility will be announced later.

We recorded our strongest quarter of FY26, with pre-sales of ₹2,521 crore, a 44% sequential increase, driven by strong new-launch absorption and disciplined pricing.

Average realizations improved 9% year-on-year, demonstrating market confidence in Brigade’s product quality. Overall, Brigade enters Y27 with a strong pipeline, balanced portfolio, and clear execution focus. To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Brigade, the Board has recommended a bonus issue of 1:3.”
Shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited closed at ₹806.45, up by ₹14.60, or 1.84%, on the BSE.
