Amazon has introduced its inaugural at-home lab testing service in India. This new offering, named Amazon Diagnostics, is launched in partnership with Orange Health Labs, a diagnostics company renowned for its focus on consumer convenience.
This launch signifies Amazon’s first foray into the diagnostics sector globally and seeks to streamline lab testing for users by facilitating test bookings, home sample collections, and digital report access—all through the Amazon app.
Initially, the service will be available in six cities, covering more than 450 pincodes, and will provide nearly 1,000 medical tests.
Amazon Diagnostics is part of a larger initiative to consolidate Amazon’s healthcare services—Pharmacy, Clinic, and now Diagnostics—under a unified brand: Amazon Medical.
Orange Health Labs, the diagnostic partner, operates as a comprehensive lab prioritizing consumer convenience.
