The Platinum kit, offered to members who have entered this tier since November 2025, includes a leather folio, a newly designed membership card, a fridge magnet, personalized luggage tags, a passport holder, a deck of playing cards, and a limited-edition brass medallion commemorating J R DTata’s first flight in 1932.
The Gold kit, which was launched in October 2025, comprises a membership card, two personalized luggage tags, and a set of acrylic coasters adorned with vintage Maharaja artwork.
Members of the Maharaja Club enjoy benefits like priority check-in and boarding, lounge access, reciprocal privileges with 24 Star Alliance partner airlines, along with the ability to earn points on flights and partner services.
To qualify for the Gold tier, members must accumulate 30,000 Tier Points annually, with a minimum of 9,000 points from Air India flights, or complete 60 eligible flights with Air India and partner airlines, including at least eight Air India flights. The Platinum tier necessitates 45,000 Tier Points, with no less than 13,500 coming from Air India flights or 90 eligible flights per year, including a minimum of 12 Air India flights.
Tier upgrades are applied automatically once the requirements are fulfilled, and members can monitor their status through the Air India website or app.
