Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI) experienced significant disruptions due to dense fog, though conditions were slightly improved compared to Monday. As of 6 pm, 52 departures and 79 arrivals had been cancelled.

IndiGo provided ‘considerate adjustments on the ground’, while Air India informed its passengers that they could reschedule their flights at no extra cost or receive a full refund without penalties.

“We have activated our Fog Care programme, which ensures that passengers booked on flights affected or likely to be affected are informed in advance,” an Air India notification stated.
