Some sources suggest that Goldman Sachs Group Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Morgan Stanley may be evaluated for important roles in the listings of both Anthropic and OpenAI.

Details about Anthropic’s IPO timeline were previously mentioned in reports, indicating that the offering could potentially raise over $60 billion.
Negotiations are ongoing, and no final decisions have been made. Representatives from Anthropic, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan declined to comment, while inquiries sent to OpenAI and Morgan Stanley have not yet been answered.
In a $30 billion funding round co-led by MGX that concluded in February, Anthropic achieved a valuation of $380 billion. The company has partnerships with major players like Microsoft Corp., Nvidia Corp., Alphabet Inc.’s Google, and Amazon.com Inc. These prominent firms have invested billions in the AI sector and have provided Anthropic with specialized chips and other technologies.
