Revenue for the quarter increased by 12.1%, reaching ₹1,121 crore, up from ₹1,000.4 crore in Q3 of the previous fiscal year. EBITDA grew by 16.9% to ₹190.5 crore, compared to ₹163 crore a year ago. The company reported an EBITDA margin of 17% for the quarter, improving from 16.3% in Q3 FY25.
Tanla Platforms recorded a gross profit of ₹309 crore for the quarter, representing a growth of 7.8% quarter-on-quarter and 18.7% year-on-year. The company’s gross margin was 27.6%.

Earnings per share (EPS) for the period stood at ₹9.95, indicating consistent profitability. The company generated free cash flow of ₹137 crore, equivalent to 104% of its net profit after tax.
Uday Reddy, Founder Chairman and CEO, stated, “Q3 signifies a landmark achievement, with revenue surpassing ₹1,100 crore for the first time and growth witnessed across all key financial indicators. Both business segments are performing robustly. We will continue prioritizing investments in Wisely.ai to develop innovative solutions for telcos and enterprises.”
Shares of Tanla Platforms Ltd closed at ₹451.50, down ₹13.20, or 3.01%, on the BSE.
