Former Australian Test cricketer Damien Martyn has been hospitalized and placed into an induced coma after a meningitis diagnosis.
Brad Hardie, a former AFL player, shared news about Martyn’s health on Tuesday, December 30, according to The Guardian.
At 54 years old, Martyn “is facing the fight of his life,” Hardie stated. “Let’s hope he can recover because the situation is quite serious,” Hardie told 6PR, as noted by The Guardian.
