Vanessa Trigub, Apple’s Vice President of Stores and Retail Operations, expressed that the company is experiencing “incredible energy and excitement” with each new opening, along with plans for another store launch in Mumbai next year.
This year, Apple also opened stores in Bengaluru and Pune, adding to the previously established ones in Mumbai and Delhi.
Trigub mentioned that Noida was selected for its “vibrant and fast-growing” community comprised of students, creators, and entrepreneurs. She emphasized that the store has been designed as a zone “where creativity and technology meet,” uniting Apple’s products, services, and in-store teams.
“You can truly sense how much people cherish a space where they can experience our products, learn new skills, receive necessary support, and connect with others who share a passion for creation,” she said. “This same philosophy guided our choice of this location.” Apple seeks out cities where it can foster meaningful connections and provide experiences that support customers at every stage.
“The launch of Apple Noida enhances the momentum we’re experiencing throughout the country and brings us closer to customers in this region,” she added.
The store is envisioned as a venue where creativity and technology converge—creating a space that merges products, services, and dedicated teams to inspire individuals, support their passions, and enable them to craft extraordinary things.
“We are continuously innovating to meet customers wherever they may be. We view our online and physical stores as providing customers with a seamless shopping experience—whenever and wherever they choose to engage with us,” Trigub stated.
Regarding efforts to extend access beyond major cities, she mentioned that Apple is committed to delivering a cohesive experience across both physical and online channels.
She highlighted initiatives such as Shop with a Specialist over Video, which enables customers throughout India to connect one-on-one with Apple specialists.
India is the second country where Apple has rolled out this service. The company also launched the Apple Store app in India this year, aimed at enhancing personalized shopping and support.
Discussing Apple’s broader retail strategy, Trigub indicated that each new store fortifies the company’s relationship with Indian customers, who are increasingly visiting stores not only to purchase products but also to “learn, explore, and discover the possibilities with iPhone, Mac, and the entire product lineup.”
She referred to 2025 as a “milestone year” for Apple in India, citing robust demand for the latest iPhone models and extending ‘Made in India’ production to all iPhone 17 models along with the Air. Recently, Apple expanded AppleCare+ in India to cover Theft and Loss for the newest iPhones.
Apple plans to establish another retail store in Mumbai next year. “Our connection to the country is more profound than ever,” Trigub remarked, adding that the company’s retail expansion reflects over 25 years of nurturing relationships in India.
“We’re continually innovating to meet customers wherever they are. We aim to present our online and physical stores as delivering a seamless shopping journey—whenever and wherever customers choose to connect with us,” she said.
“That’s why we are so enthusiastic about the progress we’re making with services like Shop with a Specialist over Video, which empowers customers to engage securely with an Apple Specialist one-on-one, regardless of their city, at a time that suits them. India is the second country globally to offer this service, and we’re already observing how impactful it is for customers who may not reside near a store.”
Combined with the Apple Store app in India and its expanding retail presence, the firm is able to deliver the Apple experience to a wider audience across the nation, making it more accessible than ever, she noted.
“Our vision, however, extends far beyond physical locations. With the Apple Store online, the Apple Store app, and services like Shop with a Specialist over Video and Personal Setup, customers now enjoy more options than ever in how they interact with Apple. Regardless of the touchpoint, our aim is to provide a personalized, seamless, and trustworthy experience,” she asserted.
“This next phase of growth is especially significant.” Apple, she highlighted, has been forging relationships in India for over 25 years, and the retail expansion mirrors this enduring commitment.
